This product is an mRNA encoding enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein (eGFP). eGFP originates from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria and is a widely used fluorescent reporter protein for mRNA drug development. It emits intense green fluorescence upon excitation at 488 nm, with an excitation peak at 488 nm and an emission peak at 509 nm.
This mRNA carries a Cap1 (m7GpppNm) structure with high capping efficiency to boost mRNA stability. All uridine (U) residues in the sequence are fully replaced with N1-methylpseudouridine (m¹Ψ), which markedly elevates protein expression and lowers immunogenicity. In addition, the construct contains a poly(A) tail of no less than 100 nt to enhance intracellular mRNA stability and translational efficiency.
This product is for laboratory research use only.

To verify the expression efficiency of Quintara’s off-the-shelf mRNA products, we delivered our eGFP mRNA (m1Ψ) into 293T cells via transient transfection. Experimental results demonstrate that the proportion of eGFP-positive cells exceeded 95% at 24 hours post-transfection. Our ready-to-use stock products serve as high-quality standard experimental controls for customers, guaranteeing reliable and reproducible research data.

Yes. All of our off-the-shelf mRNA products undergo rigorous purification processes to ensure high purity and quality. Following in vitro transcription, impurities are removed and buffer exchange is performed through Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) and Oligo(dT) chromatography. The final product is then sterile-filtered and aliquoted for distribution.
We employ an optimized in vitro transcription process designed to minimize dsRNA generation at the source. In addition, downstream purification steps are specifically optimized to further remove residual dsRNA. This combined approach significantly reduces dsRNA levels and minimizes nonspecific immune stimulation in both cell-based and animal studies.
We implement a comprehensive quality control program, including release testing for RNA size, concentration, purity, pH, and endotoxin levels. Each batch is accompanied by a Report of Analysis (RoA) providing complete QC results.
mRNA integrity is assessed and quantified using automated capillary electrophoresis. The integrity profile and analytical results are documented in the Report of Analysis (RoA) provided with each batch.
