Job Scope
As an important part of Sales Team, Inside Sales Manager will take the lead in lead qualification and nurturing, customer prospecting, cross-selling and up-selling in the given territory, and work closely with Sales Manager in quote/proposal preparation. Inside Sales Manager will identify the customers’ demands and provide the corresponding technical solutions based on his/her professional knowledge.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Monitor the inbound inquiries from public channel, including but not limited to official website, public e-mails, third party platforms, and provide timely response to customers.
Answer the inbound calls to Quintara hot line, relay the message to corresponding functions for solution and build up case for follow-up.
Qualify the Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and conduct the lead nurturing to win the business.
Analyze the existing customers on a regular basis and grow the life-time revenue through cross-sell and up-sell campaign.
Conduct customer prospecting by cold email and cold call to acquire new customer.
Work with Field Sales Managers to win business opportunities, leading the technical discussion with customers to interpret customer’s requests to technical requirements and generate quote/proposal accordingly.
Relay the won deals to Project Managers to ensure the smooth transition from pre-sales proposal to post-sales project management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Master degree or above in a relevant life science discipline, such as molecular biology cell biology.
Previous work experience in relevant CRO will be a plus.
Systematic trained in NGS with hands-on experience working on mainstream NGS platforms.

Primary Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the development and optimization of bioinformatics data analysis pipelines, as well as the promotion of digitalization of laboratory data. This role will focus on building and improving bioinformatics data analysis workflows, automating data processing procedures, assisting the experimental team in solving technical problems, and managing the digital recording of samples and experimental data. In addition, you will conduct actual data analysis, update records, deliver analysis results to customers, and continuously improve overall operational efficiency by analyzing experimental and order data.

Develop、optimize and maintain bioinformatics data analysis pipelines to improve data processing efficiency and throughput;
Promote the digitalization and automation of experimental data, and optimize data flow processes;
Collaborate with the experimental team to solve problems related to experiments, data processing, analysis pipelines and data integration;
Manage the digital recording of orders and experimental data to ensure the accuracy and standardization of data storage, retrieval and reporting;
Continuously identify and drive the optimization of data automation, digital record management and data flow from experimental data to final analysis;
Participate in data analysis of various experimental projects such as RNA sequencing, amplicon sequencing and single-cell sequencing;
Update and maintain accurate experimental data records in compliance with laboratory standards and customer requirements;
Deliver processed data and analysis results to customers in a timely and clear manner;
Analyze experimental and order data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance laboratory operational efficiency and project execution quality;

Educational Background and Work Experience
Master's degree or above in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science or related fields, with a solid understanding of bioinformatics technologies and their data analysis pipelines.
At least 3 years of relevant bioinformatics work experience in NGS data analysis and pipeline development.

Oversee and manage all production activities across synthesis and sequencing.
Streamline and optimize production workflows, implementing best practices and efficiency improvements.

Facilitate technology transfers to other sites, ensuring consistency in production processes.
Work closely with the automation team to implement cost-saving measures and improve operational scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Execution
Collaborate with R&D teams to optimize existing processes and expand service offerings.
Partner with the PM team to plan, execute, and optimize customer projects, ensuring timely completion.
Work with marketing teams to design and improve marketing materials for production services.

Lead customer project tracking by coordinating with production team "project managers" to ensure complex/custom projects meet deadlines.
Technical Expertise & Team Leadership
Manage and oversee the entire production team, providing guidance, training, and leadership development.
Guide department leaders in troubleshooting production issues and driving continuous process improvement.
Act as a technical support scientist, addressing complex technical questions and resolving client issues.
Serve as a technical advisor for key accounts, holding client meetings to review project needs and ensure optimal service delivery..

Manage inventory, consumables, and budgeting, ensuring cost-effective production without bottlenecks.
Issue quotes and make pricing-related decisions to maintain competitive service offerings.

The Logistics Manager will act as a supervisor by overseeing the entire operation of logistics department
This position will work with internal and external customers to quote and coordinate International and Domestic Shipments
Ensure that regulatory requirements are met, that shipments have the correct paperwork, such as commercial invoices and packing lists and ensure that documentation is processed and distributed in a timely way to carriers or forwarders.
Working with production and Sales team to plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of sample pick up, materials and products from suppliers to customers.
