Promotion Code:

AmpNGS

Starting Materials:

purified PCR product with adapter (without +$30)

General Primer:

Forward primer with R1 adapter: 5ʼ TCCCTACACGACGCTCTTCCGATCTNNNNNN(followed by your forward primer sequence)
Reverse primer with R2 adapter: 5 ʼGTTCAGACGTGTGCTCTTCCGATCTNNNNNN(followed by your reverse primer sequence)

Depending on your sample type, we provide nucleic acid extraction, PCR, and indexing to ensure optimal results. With flexible sequencing options and quick turnaround times. Pricing starts at $60 per sample.
Standard Sample Type:

Mouse tissue, Cell pellets, Bacteria culture, Plasmid DNA, genomic DNA

Standard Volume:

20 μL DNA at 15-50 ng/ul, or 250,000 cells, or 1 g tissue or 1 g bacteria culture

Primers:

Please provide at least 20uL of PCR primers at 10pmol, or submit the PCR primer sequence, and we can synthesize it for you.

16S/ITS rRNA sequencing is a precise technique for identifying and classifying microbial communities. It allows researchers to characterize microbial populations, evaluate species diversity, and investigate community structure in diverse environments.
Standard Sample Type:

Environmental samples (e.g., soil, water), clinical samples, or microbial cultures, DNA extracted from above samples

Standard Volume:

10-50 ng of total DNA

Our Genomic DNA sequencing service is perfect for whole-genome sequencing of both large genomes, such as human and mouse, and smaller genomes like bacteria and viruses. FASTQ files. For data analysis, we provide comprehensive solutions, including variant detection and genomic profiling.
Standard Sample Type:

Mouse tissue, Cell pellets, Bacteria culture, Plasmid DNA, Genomic DNA

Standard Volume:

20 μL DNA at 15-50 ng/ul, or 250,000 cells, or 1 g tissue or 1 g bacteria culture

RNA Sequencing

Need to study gene expression or identify non-coding RNA linked to your disease model in just one week? Try our RNA sequencing service. We guarantee mRNA (poly-A selection) or total RNA (rRNA depletion) sequencing data within 7 business days.

We use poly-A selection to isolate mature mRNA transcripts, which contain poly-A tails. This technique enriches for mRNA, making it ideal for capturing coding RNA sequences and providing an accurate representation of gene expression.
Standard Sample Type:

Mouse tissue, Cell pellets, Purified RNA

Standard Volume:

50 μL RNA at 100 ng/ μL, RIN>7 or 250,000 cells, or 1 gram tissue

We apply rRNA depletion to selectively remove rRNA, enriching the remaining RNA for other transcripts. This approach is ideal for capturing a wider range of RNA species, providing a more complete view of the transcriptome.
Standard Sample Type:

Mouse tissue, Cell pellets, Purified RNA

Standard Volume:

50 μL RNA at 100 ng/ μL, RIN>7 or 250,000 cells, or 1 gram tissue

Single Cell Sequencing
10x Single Cell Gene Expression Sequencing enables gene expression profiling at the individual cell level. This technique uncovers cellular heterogeneity within complex tissues, providing deeper insights into gene expression patterns at the single-cell resolution.
Standard Sample Type:

Fresh or cryopreserved single-cell suspensions

Standard Cell Number:

500-10,000 cells per sample

Visium HD Spatial RNA Sequencing integrates high-throughput RNA sequencing with spatially resolved gene expression analysis, allowing researchers to map gene activity directly to specific tissue regions.    We use poly-A selection to isolate mature mRNA transcripts, which contain poly-A tails. This technique enriches for mRNA, making it ideal for capturing coding RNA sequences and providing an accurate representation of gene expression. Results delivered in 7-14 business days, starting at $30.
Standard Sample Type:

Fresh-frozen, Fixed-frozen or FFPE (formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded) tissue sections

Standard Tissue Section Thickness:

3-10 μm
