Can I dilute my QuinDye Terminator reactions?: Yes, it can be diluted, and a 5X Sequencing Buffer is provided with the kit to enable you to do so.

Is it better to use more samples?: AT rich samples should useless amount of DNA. Small plasmid, like pGEM3Z, work better at lower concentration.
