Straight-forward Ordering
It's easy to sequence your samples! Just follow these steps:

- Fill out an order form: Individual tubes or 96 well plate, and include it with your samples.
- email us the order form, or call 1-415-738-2509 for local pickup
Labeling and Packaging
- Loose samples are best sent in 1.5 ml microfuge tubes. The screw cap tubes are the safest choice.
- High throughput samples should be shipped in 24-well, 48-well, or 96-well plates with V-shaped wells. Please do not ship your sample in Elisa plates with flat bottom wells.
- Label your tubes clearly with water-insoluble pen both on the caps and on the tubes. Please use initial-tube number system (for example: KT-1, KT-2, etc)
- Label your plates clearly with date_initial (for example: 121409_KT), match the sample name with well number in order form.
- Regular express shipment should be fine for DNA and agar plates. Bacterial stocks are better shipped with dry ice.
